1.Eat a light meal. If you’ll be spending a few hours in the treatment room and then relaxing afterwards, you don’t want to get hungry. You also don’t want to get a massage or other relaxing treatments on a full stomach.
2.Take a tour. Don’t be afraid to ask for a tour of the facility so you can learn more about the Signature Shower Experience and other amenities.
3.Enjoy a pre-treatment massage. Shiatsu massage services are complimentary to our spa guests, the perfect way to decompress before you start your spa services. You’ll find several Shiatsu massage chairs in the Zen-inspired garden.
4.Arrive early. Even though you may be an overnight guest at the resort, you will want to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled spa treatment to ensure you have some time to relax and explore the spa.
5.Stay as long as you need to. The Relaxation Lounge is intended for guests who want to unwind after a spa visit so there’s no need to rush back to your room or leave the spa after your treatment. Enjoy healthy snacks, herbal teas, and juice in the lounge area to make the most of your visit.
