"I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for a job well don on our 2014 Annual Meeting. Your willingness to accommodate our budget, schedule, and the needs of our group were exceptional.
In dealing with such a set budget and tight window for our meeting, it was an easy sell on my part to convince our General Manager to agree to have our 2015 Annual Meeting at La Torretta.
We could not possibly identify one favorite moment we enjoyed during our stay, but there were a few things that did stand out in our mind. Like the interest your staff took in customizing our meals. The restaurant staff and food quality were excellent. Accommodating last minute requests in acquiring meeting rooms for our executives and Audio Visual modifications and requests were also appreciated.
Again, we are extremely grateful to you and your team for the warmth and hospitality we were shown and look forward to sharing more time with you in future years.

"Although the date for the time this review was written is February 2014, I wanted to write about the experience my fiancé and I have received thus far because we were very pleased! At this point, we have finalized our contract for our big day. We were working with Chelsa who was just wonderful! Now a perfect score may be rare, but from what has happened up to this point, it is completely valid. Chelsa was so responsive and flexible throughout the whole process. She was very understanding with our needs and really tried hard to get us what we wanted. One big thing we noticed compared to other Sales and Catering Managers we were working with was that whenever we had a question or concern, Chelsa would respond right away and made sure she followed up on any actions that needed to be taken from our requests. When it came time to finalize the contract, Chelsa explained all the details to us and made sure we were all on the same page regarding expectations. She had no problem revising the contract multiple times from things we found during our review and accepted it only when we were 100% satisfied. We were very impressed at how beautiful the property was and can not wait to hold our big event there. From the experience thus far, we would definitely recommend this venue and staff to others. We will be writing another review after our wedding takes place, but I am confident that it will have the same message!"
