Inside the serene, 280-seat Prime restaurant are floor-to-ceiling windows, deep plum custom carpet, 
sleek, white leather banquettes and upholstered sofa-depth chairs in shades of green, brown, stone and blue. The well-edited color selection compliments the ever-changing palette provided by the shimmering lakefront view.
Prime prides itself on a knowledgeable wait staff and dedication to providing the best of local and sustainable ingredients—the majority sourced within a 100-mile radius of the property—including produce, aged prime beef and chops, game and Gulf Coast seafood.
